I am Allie Reuben

It all started when I was 3. I picked up a YellowGreen crayon and wrote a poem for my mom and she cried. I knew from then on I wanted to be a writer. Okay that’s a lie. I didn’t gain the dexterity to pick up a crayon until an embarrassingly late age and my mom has impossible standards.

I actually spent a large part of my childhood dreaming of becoming a sumo wrestler. Unfortunately, I had to give up that dream for several reasons and moved on to much more realistic goal of becoming Stamford, Connecticut’s most famous rapper. I called myself White Fire and I was…brilliant. Then life took a shift, I decided to join the family toilet paper business, a 100 year 3 generation bathroom empire. It was there that I discovered my love of marketing and communications and increasing shareholder value one roll at a time.

Now I am a writer and it’s a dream I really love. I’ve got 10+ years of experience turning sharp strategic insights into big, funny, culturally relevant ideas. I’ve created campaigns across TV, social, experiential and everything brands have invented since.

That being said, if the Japan Sumo Association or Cash Money Records reaches out, I’m going to have to make some tough decisions.
